In this role, you will:
• Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and close deals with Japanese enterprises seeking digital transformation, and grow their revenue or reduce their costs with our software solutions.
• Solve Real Problems: Understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions in AI, data, cloud, SaaS, ERP, and cybersecurity.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Leverage your network to open doors and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Gradion at industry events, summits, and networking forums.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and consulting teams to deliver value-based proposals.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track industry shifts and spot opportunities where technology can create real impact.
• Develop opportunities with Japanese-owned companies in ASEAN and Japan
Yêu cầu
• Applicants with practical experience in sales or account management (experience in IT or digital fields is welcome, but not essential)
• Professional Japanese and English skills for cross-regional collaboration.
• A true hunter mindset: A track record of building pipelines and closing high-value deals.
• Consultative sales expertise: You know the selling value-driven solutions rather than just products.
Nice-to-have:
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, data-driven platforms, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in multinational or fast-scaling environments.
• Experience with selling PIM, DAM, and/or DXP solutions.
• Existing relationships within Japanese companies operating in ASEAN
