Mô tả công việc
- Implement sales initiatives aimed at increasing market share and ensuring alignment with overall company sales targets.
- Track and evaluate sales performance, KPIs, market dynamics, and competitor activities; compile and share insights with relevant departments.
- Effectively manage and allocate sales budgets to meet strategic business objectives.
- Define and execute distribution strategies to support business expansion, including building a robust nationwide distribution system.
- Build close working relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, particularly within the FMCG sector.
- Engage regularly with customers, distributors, and vendors to gather actionable feedback on product quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to enhance brand presence and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Lead by example in motivating, developing, and coaching team members to achieve performance goals and personal growth milestones.
- Promote a feedback-driven culture by actively exchanging constructive feedback with supervisors and peers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and deliver insightful monthly reports to support management decisions.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in the FMCG sector, with strong exposure to Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and Distributor channel operations.
- Solid understanding of trade structures and proven capabilities in sales force management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing Sales & Distribution strategies, along with effective use of
trade marketing tools.
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in consumer sales; prior experience in leading teams and implementing DMS (Distribution Management System) programs is an advantage.
- Prior experience in multinational FMCG companies, especially at Regional Sales Manager or
Sales Director level, is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across provinces in Vietnam to engage with clients and partners.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility, influence stakeholders, and build lasting relationships internally and externally.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
