Objective of the position (or process result)
To independently build, manage and grow the Kitchen Studio (Kitchen Retail) channel as a dedicated business pillar, fully responsible for sales performance, product strategy, display governance and partner development for Bosch and Gaggenau built-in portfolio.
The role acts as the single owner of the Kitchen Studio channel, driving sustainable growth through strong retail partnerships, brand positioning excellence and operational discipline.
Description of tasks
1. Channel Ownership & Sales Performance (40%)
• Fully responsible for Kitchen Studio (Kitchen Retail) sales targets, sell-in, sell-out, and profitability.
• Develop and execute annual business plan including revenue, CM1, inventory and EBIT targets.
• Manage and grow existing Kitchen Studio partners; proactively acquire new retail partners.
• Drive growth of Built-in categories (Cooking, Dishcare) and Gaggenau portfolio.
• Monitor sales performance, receivables, risk exposure and implement corrective actions when needed.
2. Product Strategy & Forecasting (15%)
• Define and manage product mix strategy per partner and per region.
• Prepare and manage sales forecast in alignment with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
• Monitor stock level and inventory health; propose actions to optimize turnover.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with brand positioning and channel strategy.
3. Display Governance & Brand Execution (15%)
• Ensure all showroom displays are implemented in accordance with Bosch and Gaggenau global brand guidelines.
• Oversee display planning, installation correctness and retail concept execution.
• Coordinate new POS openings, renovation and display refresh projects.
• Ensure premium brand presentation and consistent execution across all retail touchpoints.
4. Partner Development & Marketing Collaboration (15%)
• Act as the single point of contact for all Kitchen Studio accounts.
• Co-create joint marketing initiatives with retail partners to increase brand visibility and sell-out.
• Develop relationships with architect and
designer communities to support retail channel traffic.
• Support Gaggenau brand positioning within design and lifestyle channels.
5. Commercial Governance & Cross-functional Coordination (15%)
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, contracts and annual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transparency in all business dealings.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Brand teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Kitchen Retail, Built-in Appliances, Interior, Design-related sales or Key Account Management.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, inventory and profitability management.
• Experience in showroom display planning and retail brand execution is a strong advantage.
• Experience in premium or luxury brand environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation, partner development and relationship management skills.
