Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Nationwide Sales Growth: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential customers across Vietnam to expand our market presence.
- Lead & Manage: Take charge as Team Leader in Hanoi, guiding and supporting the Sales Support team to achieve maximum performance.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong, long-term relationships by providing top-tier service & support.
- Hunter Mindset: Approach sales with passion, persistence, and a results-driven attitude

Yêu cầu

What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in logistics sales - this is a MUST!
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam logistics market, including freight forwarding, supply chain, or express logistics.
- Fluent English communication (both verbal & written) - as the Regional Manager is based in Singapore.
- Leadership experience - this role will act as Team Leader in Hanoi, managing and mentoring the Sales Support team.
- A HUNTER mentality - proactive, persistent, and relentless in winning new business.
