Description
* Visit and engage customers regularly to understand needs and market trends.
* Manage and grow existing business accounts for volume and profitability.
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
* Negotiate agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with legal terms.
* Provide reliable forecasts to support strategic planning with customers and suppliers.
* Execute and monitor action plans to strengthen key relationships.
* Analyze sales data and implement improvement measures when needed.
* Collaborate with suppliers across Europe and Asia on product offerings.
* Travel up to 35% of the time to support business development and relationship building.
Profile
* At least 4 years of experience in international trade.
* Proven expertise in paper industry products (especially for offset and flexo printing would be a plus).
* Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to travel frequently (minimum 35%).
* Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
* Passionate about cross-cultural business environments.
