Job Description
$4000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Manager (Resin, ID21155) for a Foreign Invested company:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and approaching new business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies, expand the customer network, and strengthen customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their knowledge, performance, and selling skills.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and business growth.
Utilize strong understanding of the Vietnam chemical market to drive value-based sales, optimize pricing strategies, and promote technology-oriented solutions.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirement
Male/Female, Age: under 50 years old
Bachelor's degree major in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration,.
Have over 15 years of experience related to Sales
Experience in the Vietnamese chemical market (PP, PE, PET etc.) is required
Ability to manage and lead team members
Good communication in English
