Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
- Conduct
telesales calls as per the set targets
- Maintain relations with key accounts to ensure cooperation going smoothly and continue to growth
- Arrange meetings with potential customers in Corporate segments to prospect for new business
- Negotiate pricing with the clients
- Following all the leads/prepare and follow up of group proposals
- Provides all necessary reporting on weekly/monthly basis as required by DOSM
- Assists DOSM on identifying the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats to gathering market and customer information.
- Attends at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations (if request)
- Meets & greets clients and visitors; arranges for inspection & conducts inspection with clients; entertains clients.
- Records enquirers, sales leads or any new business and submits copies to the DOSM .
- Works closely with relevant departments to ensure that all contractual agreements with guests are strictly met
