Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Sportswear, Wholesale & Dealer Channel, $1500, ID 21433)
Strategic Team Leadership: Take full accountability for driving and stabilizing a regional team of approximately 10 members, including office-based staff and remote sales representatives operating across Central and South Vietnam (including Da Nang, Nha Trang, Dak Lak, and Can Tho).
Revenue Execution: Direct and optimize sales performance to consistently fulfill the team's collective monthly target of 20-30 billion VND, securing commission structures tied directly to overall group deliverables.
Channel Operations: Spearhead and strengthen the network of over 500 wholesale accounts and regional dealers from Da Nang downward, identifying growth avenues to expand market presence.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Analyze competitor movements and shifting market conditions while closely aligning with internal functions like warehousing and accounting to ensure flawless supply chain fluidness and timely collection of receivables.
Cross-Border Reporting: Function as the key local point of contact, reporting directly to the Vietnam-based Country Manager (Indian national) and engaging in fast-paced regional alignments with overseas corporate directors.
Field Engagement: Execute regular regional travel (1-2 times per month) to evaluate remote team performance and support local dealer networks, with full travel expenses covered by the corporate budget.
Requirement
Male, 30 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree.
5 years in active sales environments, highlighted by at least 2 years in a managerial/distribution lead capacity within the sporting goods, apparel, or footwear sectors
