Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue across all business segments, including Spa, Mud Bath, Beach Club, Food & Beverage, Corporate Events, and Group Bookings. The role focuses on expanding the customer base through B2B partnerships, travel trade, hotels, corporate clients, and direct consumer sales while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase spa and beach club revenue.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets by building and maintain relationships with: Hotel & resort, tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, wedding planners, event organisers, local businesses...
Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
Negotiate contracts and pricing while maximizing profitability.
Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts, and report performance to management.
Work closely with BOD to create promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Coordinate with Spa, Beach Club, Events, and Operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Manage guest relationship by resolve customer concerns promptly, build long-term client relationships and ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Yêu cầu
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, resort, or spa industries. Experience in Phu Quoc market is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage for international resorts.

Monthly Salary: VND 20-30 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
