Mô tả công việc
• Lead and manage the sales team, optimize resources and able to train and upskill these, as well as setting overall and individual sales targets
• Responsible for the management of direct and indirect distribution channels, and the optimization of these
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue
• Monitor sales, and report periodically
• Initiate sales activities
• Manage contact and network with clients resulting into enhanced business
• Ensure price structure optimization
• Achieve sales target as assigned by General Manager to ensure total revenue
• Systematize guest feedback on service and product quality
• Build relationships with potential and past clients
• Maintain customer database and use it proactively for additional sales
Yêu cầu
• At least 3 year experience within sales in 4-5 star hotel
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Have a thorough knowledge of all sales channels
• Thorough knowledge of the hotel- and tourism industry
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
