Mô tả công việc
1. Implements all sales action plans relating to the Sales and Marketing Department (TA, OTA, CORP, MICE [protected info] marketing).
2. Plans sales call activities under the direct approval of the General Manager to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.
3. Provides information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competitive market. Arrange and accompany clients on site inspection tours.
4. Aim to achieve sales objectives and goals to generate maximum high yield by the specific sales action plan.
5. Develop sales coverage of OTA, Corporate Segment, Government and Embassies.
6. Cover market segments as directed and assigned by General Manager.
7. Promotes and distributes promotions to targeted accounts.
8. Provide feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
9. Maintain good contact with existing customers.
10. Put into practice all training received, relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel's culture.
11. Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace ensuring the hotel's competitiveness at all time.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. Minimum 2 - 3 years in similar position in 4 Stars hotel or International hotels
3. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to develop effective motivational strategies.
5. Computer literate.
6. Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.
