- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive and accurate proposals.
- Develop and bidding processes.
- Present proposals and senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
- Drive key account development, converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
- Manage high-level client relationships and oversee complex sales negotiations and contract agreements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing, and TPI partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Other tasks are assigned by Sales Vice President and General Director

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- At least 05 years of experience in principal sales or
business development within the IT industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building client networks, closing deals, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong background in bidding and proposal preparation for large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
