Duties - Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Brand Ambassador for the Kingspan Insulation Panels.
• Clearly present the Business Strategy and KPIs to the Commercial Manager.
• Execute technical presentations to architects, consultants and specifiers.
• Achieve a minimum quota of new project pipelines and specifications each month per set KPI's.
• Maintain and expand CRM database of prospects within assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence, develop and manage a comprehensive database.
• Develop and maintain a current database of professionals, property
developers, main contractors, sub-contractors etc.
• Target project influencers such architects, consultants and developers to present our products.
• Build trust and develop relationships with architects, consultants and developers that contribute to the specification of Kingspan panel products.
• Research the market to find potential new installers and delivery partners for our product ranges where required.
• Track and manage a pipeline of opportunities within the business guidelines/strategy.
• Follow up on and manage project leads provided by Area Managers.
• Implement and manage a monthly specification analysis that identifies project, value, volume and product specified and review weekly with Area Managers.
• Report weekly and monthly on activities, specified projects, customer activity and projects won.
• Ensure high levels of customer support are delivered to specifiers, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Provide technical support and product training to existing and potential customers.
• Monitor project specifications, technical submissions and product proposals to clients.
• Provide intelligence on customer, competitor activity and market trends.
• Business analysis throughout the assigned territories.
• Provide input into the company's new product and new market development activities.
• Other tasks as required.
• University graduate in Business / Engineering or equivalent education.
• 5 years of experience in Project Sales preferably in the construction material business.
• Highly confident with using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of the sustainability challenges and trends in today's construction market.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Good selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good communication and writing skills in English essential.
• Excellent time management and organization with a keen eye for detail.
