Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance local sales revenue, with a focus on direct
customers rather than co-loaders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, goals, and budgets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities.
• Provide actionable market intelligence to support sales strategies and identify new business
opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and visits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored
logistics solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and credit terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand
visibility and expand professional networks.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• High achiever with a self-driven attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with flexibility, a hands-on approach, and excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the CargoWise ERP system will be an added advantage.
