1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Ops and Marketing to support MFR/ MBR meetings.
- Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, campaign ROI, and sales productivity.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
2. Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across BUs by stores, product category, and market segment.
- Track marketing campaign performance and evaluate key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Conduct menu glidepath and grid analysis to support product and pricing decisions
3. Dashboard Development & Data Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different reporting sources.
- Support the automation and improvement of recurring reports.
4. Cross-functional & Business Support
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to collect, validate, and interpret performance data.
- Support management with insightful analysis and presentations for decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to improving data-driven business processes.
