Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales & Planning Manager (Open for Japanese expat, $3500, ID13009)
Create and establish goals to fulfill the strategic objectives and develope business plan and budget.
Supervise and support team's members to ensure assigned target, KPI and performance
Establish plans for department recruitment, training, and succession and define the personnel resourcing requirements (manpower, competences, etc.)
Set goals for employee performance; monitor, evaluate, and manage staff performance; Analyze and consider the performance outcomes.
Coordinate and manage market and consumer intelligence analyses
Manage product portfolio; specify and oversee all specifications for product development
Develop an annual marketing strategy that includes goals, objectives, and KPIs for products by channel or segment.
Establish prices and budgets for marketing and sales; create and oversee promotional activities.
Create a sales forecast for Vietnam and set sales goals with metrics:
Manage and oversee/ actively seek for potential clients and sales possibilities
Create and manage customer management implementation procedures
Coordinate and supervise the creation of new account applications, examine current accounts, and produce credit/collection reports.
Create guidelines and rules for customer service to ensure customer's satisfaction.
Examine and accept departmental documentation in accordance with rules.
Requirement
Male; Age: 40-50 years old.
Graduated from University in related majors.
Having 3 years of experience in the same position in the Japanese companies
Japanese candidates living in Vietnam is a must
Having foreign economic certificate is a plus.
Good command of English
