To support our expanding operations, Everlight Chemicals Vietnam (EVVN) is seeking dynamic and result-driven sales professionals to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Position Overview
- Job Title: Sales Representative (Chemicals)
- Openings: 2 Positions
- Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Application Deadline: May 10, 2026
- Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-based Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop business opportunities within the textile, plastics, foam, coatings, and ink industries.
- Technical Promotion: Articulate the technical advantages of our Dyes and UV Absorbers; coordinate and oversee sample testing and technical trials for clients.
- Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and accounts receivable management.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Management and Technical - Support teams to execute sales strategies targeting both multinational corporations (FDI from Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea) and local Vietnamese enterprises.

- 市場開發: 紡織染整廠、塑料廠、泡棉廠、塗料及油墨廠客戶。
- 產品推廣: 介紹染料(Dyes)及紫外線吸收劑(UV Absorber)的技術特性;安排樣品測試。
- 訂單與帳款管理: 追蹤訂單、交貨及帳款回收。
- 團隊合作: 與台籍主管及技術單位緊密配合,執行對外資企業(台灣、中國、日本、韓國)及越南本地客戶的銷售策略。
Yêu cầu
Candidate Profile
- Nationality: Vietnamese.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in industrial chemical sales. Prior experience working within dyeing plants or the coatings industry is highly advantageous.
- Language Skills:
+ Mandarin Chinese: Professional proficiency (Highly preferred/Priority
hiring).
+ English: Working proficiency.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem solving abilities, and efficient time management.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with AI tools for productivity.
