Sales Specialist - Education Solutions (Institutions & Schools)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities across schools, universities, and educational institutions
- Build and grow strategic client relationships, identifying needs to drive solution adoption and revenue
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solution consulting, and closing
- Deliver high-impact product demos and tailor solutions to client use cases
- Generate and manage pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (events, networking, cold outreach, field sales)
- Own sales targets and consistently deliver against KPIs
Role Focus by Location
Hà Nội (Remote)
- Own and develop the Northern market (Ha Noi and nearby provinces), driving new business opportunities
- Coordinate on-ground demo/classroom showcase, hardware setup, and client onboarding in the area
Hồ Chí Minh City (On-site)
- Focus on schools and large educational institutions, building deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead institutional sales cycles, including proposal development, bidding/tender processes, etc., to drive adoption and expansion
