• As Sales Supervisor, you will not only driver your own sales but lead and inspire your team to conquer the USA, ASIA and UK markets:
• Build, manage and motivate and a high-performance sales team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market shares in USA, ASIA and UK trade lanes.
• Directly handle large accounts and support team members in closing complex deals.
• Monitor market trends and freight rates to provide strategic pricing advice to the team.
• Adjust sales strategy and report on revenue growth to management.
• Monitor team KPIs provides coaching and ensures steady business growth.
Yêu cầu
MUST HAVE:
• At least 3 years of experience in Freight/Logistics Sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisor role.
• Must have an established network of customers and ability to bring in new business immediately.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and manage the sales team to hit collective targets.
• Excellent English proficiency for professional communication with overseas branches and partners.
• Strong leadership presence, result-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
WORKING CONDITION:
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (1‐hour lunch break).
• HCM Office: 15th Floor, 67 Hoang Van Thai street, Tan My ward, HCMC
