Sales Development & Customer Management
Promote and sell industrial products including gearboxes, electric motors, inverters, and related automation solutions.
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
Market Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Sales Performance
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market updates.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Sales Supervisor: Minimum 3 years of experience,
Sales Executive: Minimum 1 year of experience.
Good communication skills and English proficiency.
Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, inverters, or automation systems is preferred.
