Mô tả công việc
Major responsibilities:
- Organize, administer, and implement company's sales objectives
- Develop maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers
- Supervise salesmen by directing their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets Monitor customer opinion and requirements
- Attend to customers complaints
- Develop customer loyalty
- Cater for technical training of sales staff
- Maintain the ISO standards for the sales department
- Establish proper sales reporting system by sales personnel
- Ensure sales target are met
- Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly if any.
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure that adequate and appropriate stock level si kept.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Good at English Skills (Speaking & Writing)
- Good at computer skills
*** Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management
- Sales via distributor/ indirect channel
- Distributor sales coaching & management
***Other attributes:
Work hard, Honest, High Motivation, working under high pressure, team work spirits
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
