About the Role
We're hiring an Inside
Sales Executive to join our Sales Support Team in Hanoi.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via Facebook, Zalo, and SMS. Your main job is to identify serious buyers, keep track of all conversations, and ensure the sales team always knows which leads to prioritize.
This is a hands-on customer contact role - not a marketing role. You will spend most of your time talking to customers, organizing information, and making sure no good lead falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Zalo, and SMS
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions: What machine? When do they need it? What is their budget?
• Classify and prioritize leads by buying readiness (Hot / Warm / Cold) and update records accordingly
• Contact potential customers proactively - follow up, re-engage cold leads, and move warm leads toward a meeting with the sales team
• Maintain organized records of all leads, conversations, and status updates in our CRM system (Zendesk - full training provided)
• Prepare simple weekly reports on lead volume, response rate, and lead quality
• Conduct happy calls with existing customers to build long-term relationships
These are non-negotiable:
• At least 1 year of experience in
telesales, customer service, or customer support
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer contacts per day without dropping quality
• Comfortable working with Facebook, Zalo, and SMS as primary communication tools
• Strong organizational skills - you track everything, forget nothing
• Experience managing customer data in any system (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
• Excellent Vietnamese communication skills - clear, professional, and warm
• Comfortable reading and writing in English for daily internal communication - emails, reports, and system updates
Nice to have:
• Experience with Zendesk or any CRM platform
• Familiarity with Manychat or similar automation tools
• Interest in or basic knowledge of construction or heavy equipment

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
