MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
• Ensures customer orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Good communication cross team as well as with third party.
• Play a key role in supporting the sales operations: deliver excellent service.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Sales Order Management
- Processing sales order accurately in system
- Prepare order related documents and delivery.
- Stock and delivery pairing
- Tracking delivery status
* Customer Support
- Handle order coordination
- Act as full backup for sales according to customers' inquiries
- Maintain & update accurate customer information & transaction history in system
* Document & Reporting
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales & other reports related to management
- Ensure all documents in complete & comply with company policies and audit requirements
