• Lead and manage the Sales Support team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Coordinate with the
Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals
• Generate and analyse sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer behaviour to facilitate strategic decision-making and resource planning
• Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Production and Logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the
Purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels
• Collaborate with the Accountant team to manage debt, monitor contract terms, and ensure timely processing of payments
• Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Train and mentor Sales Support team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Other tasks assigned by line managers
• Have University degree & above
• 2 - 3 years of experience at similar position (or Sales/ Market Research/
Trade Marketing position), in the same filed is a plus
• Willingness to work the night shift (14:00 - 22:00) 2-3 times per week
• Prioritize the candidate who lives near Thuong Tin District, Hanoi
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in English (Listening, writing & speaking)
• Willingness to travel domestically (if any)
