• Develop and grow B2B sales with foreign-invested (FDI) companies in the printing and packaging industry in Vietnam
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and proactively developing new business opportunities
• Manage and coach a small sales team (1-2 members)
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and directly negotiate commercial terms and contracts
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable paper and packaging solutions
• Coordinate with Customer Service, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve customer issues, complaints, and quality-related matters in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports for management
• Participate in market development activities, customer visits, and business networking
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• At least 3-5 years of B2B sales/
business development experience
• Experience working with FDI clients or industrial products is highly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
• Proactive, result-oriented, and highly motivated in sales
• Professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and build/manage a small team
• Knowledge of paper, printing, publishing, or packaging products is a plus

Working Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• Remote work on 2 Saturdays/month; 2 Saturdays off
