Job Purpose
The Sales & Trade Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring trade and operational excellence across the designated regions. You will act as the vital link between the company and our distributors, ensuring that the YuNa/drBébee sales strategy is executed with operational excellence. Beyond direct sales, you will provide critical support to the GM in
trade marketing and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Distributor Management
• Regional Growth: Partner closely with distributors in HCMC, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Execution Excellence: Monitor distributor performance to ensure "Gold Standard" execution in stores (stock availability, shelf space, pricing compliance and trade marketing execution as planned).
• Strategy Implementation: Translate the national YuNa/drBébee sales programs into actionable local plans.
2. Trade Marketing & Activation
• Program Support: Assist the GM in designing and deploying trade marketing initiatives (POSM, activations, and sampling) specifically tailored for Vietnam market.
• Market Intelligence: Collect and report feedback on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer behavior to refine trade strategies.
3. Sales Operations & Coordination
• Internal Liaison: Act as the primary coordinator between the Sales Department, Supply Chain, and Sales Administration to ensure seamless order fulfillment and logistics.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the GM on regional performance and operational bottlenecks.
• Admin Support: Manage sales documentation, distributor contracts, and trade promotion claims.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG or Mother & Baby industry.
• Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the retail landscape and distribution networks in HCMC and the surrounding industrial provinces (Binh Duong/Dong Nai).
• Skills: Proven ability to manage distributors and influence third-party teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate between Supply Chain and Admin.
• Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) to facilitate reporting to the GM and regional stakeholders.
• Attributes: High mobility (willingness to travel within the assigned regions), result-oriented, and a collaborative "bridge-builder" mindset.
• Education level Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor Degree
