Mô tả công việc
Develop comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of different sales teams, including new hires, experienced representatives, and managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources, such as training manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and quizzes.
Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales personnel, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
Utilize various training methodologies, such as role-playing, simulations, case studies, and group activities, to enhance learning outcomes and retention.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback and results.
Align resources and ensure all the sales programs are implemented effectively
Establish and maintain a structured auditing process to assess sales performance, adherence to sales processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits of sales activities, including calls, emails, and demonstrations, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on audit findings, emphasizing best practices, sales strategies, and areas of development.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop action plans and training initiatives to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales training and auditing, and incorporate relevant insights into training programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in the Ed-Tech/ Education industry.
Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful sales training programs that drive performance improvement and business results.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable training content.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize training effectiveness and sales performance.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
