The SAP (ERP) Project Manager will have day-to-day leadership responsibilities to analyze requirements, designs, and implementation project documentation, plans and schedules. In addition to overseeing a large SAP implementation project assisting to manage internal resources as well as vendor implementation teams.
The SAP ERP Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the solution that is implemented satisfies the business requirements and delivers the value required by the business. The SAP ERP Project Manager monitors the Scope of Work, Project plan, schedule, and budget and is responsible for ensuring that deliverables and milestones are met and that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction. The SAP ERP Project Manager plays a key role throughout the project life cycle.
The SAP ERP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing that all SAP Project Management Methodology, Administration and Governance processes are followed for the project.
Yêu cầu
· 5+ years of successful experience with SAP implementation projects
· Minimum of 5 years of SAP Program/Project Management experience
· At least 5-years working experience in SAP area (Primarily ECC FI, CO, IM, MM and SRM)
· Knowledge of SAP solutions, Tools, Architecture, IT functions, Systems Integrators' Dynamics
· Solid and detailed understanding of SAP functionality, technology, and integrations
· Strong experience in the SAP ASAP Methodology as well as excellent presentation skills
· Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management
· Must have pragmatic approach and can put an integrated SAP solution and the various components into a business context
· PMP Certification (prefer)
· University Degree or equivalent
· Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
· Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a plus
· Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
· Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution
· Possess skills and personal presence to successfully represent at the highest level- externally and internally, formally and informally, inspiring confidence and respect for both the functions represented and as an individual and you can build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
· Ability to motivate and manage project teams as well as plan, execute and monitor delivery for self and others
· Must be able to generate and communicate clear business reasons for implementing technical solutions
· Motivated initiator with excellent mentoring and team development skills and make effective presentations and lead workshops with clients/customer project teams
· Exceptional communication skills.
