** The Mission
- Sales Manager to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- Will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
** Main Accountabilities
1. Archive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Making reports to principal
8. Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors' landscape
9. Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
10. Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
11. To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
12. Take responsible for deadstock & slow moving

** Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
3. Background in technical support, product development or project management
