Mô tả công việc
1. Operational tasks:
• Process food orders and follow-up closely
• Coordinate with concerned people to ensure the smooth running of daily functions
• Work closely with Chef and relevant outlet managers to ensure high quality of food
• Assist in the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide support to outlet managers in performing their tasks efficiently
• Assist in menus preparation, including: making, editing, printing menu for relevant food set, translation & correction when required
• Participate in regular meetings and briefings as may be scheduled and take notes accordingly
• Deal with food suppliers to ensure the cost is controlled effectively
• Handle proper procedures for casual staff in order to let them get paid
• Assistwith kitchen staff recruitment
• Provide support to Executive Chef in training and coaching staff
2. Report, documentation & filing:
• Prepare logbook and make monthly attendance record
• Track on staff lieu days, leave balance, performance record, attendance and punctuality...
• Collect and file all food-hygiene related documents (certificates of food quality/origin, logbook of food samples...), ensure that they are all up-to-date
• Prepare reports (food cost report, breakage report, food hygiene report...) as required by Chef
• Maintain and enhance efficient filing system ensuring easy access to key documents
3. ERP data administration:
• Input ERP data for all event and daily booking and ensure inventory balanceof the system
• Input BOM(bill of materials) for dishes running on POS
4. Secretarial tasks:
• Handle meeting and appointment schedule of Chef
• Receive, handle and distribute any relevant kitchen documents, i.e. function orders, dept. memos, meeting minutes,...
• Maintain and update Chef's database on a regular basis
• Represent Chef with guests in his absence, and on incoming telephone calls, particularly as relates to complaint handling; and maintain daily reports to Chef
• Provide support to the overall operations when required
• Carry out the other tasks or part take in other projects as assigned
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification & Experiences:
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experience in clerical, secretarial or administrative position
• Good command of the Vietnamese & English language, both written and verbal. Fluency in other languages (French) would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of secretarial, office and computer applications
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• A high level of confidentiality
