Main Purpose:
The main purpose of a Security Lead is to safeguard the organization's digital and informational assets by developing a robust security framework that includes policy development, risk management, incident response, compliance, and proactive threat mitigation. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, protecting against financial and reputational damage, and maintaining trust among customers and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and enforce policies and procedures that protect the organization's computing infrastructure and data from both internal and external threats.
Strategize and implement comprehensive cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.
Ensure that cloud architectures meet the company's business requirements as well as industry best practices for security.
Conduct and manage regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
Oversee the operation of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus software, patch management systems, and intrusion detection systems.
Develop and conduct security training and awareness programs to educate employees about security best practices, potential threats, and protective measures.

Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience as an IT Security and 2 years of experience in similar role.
Work-related skills:
Security Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Profound knowledge of security protocols, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).
Azure Security Tools and Features: Proficient understanding of Azure-specific security tools such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Firewall, Azure Identity Protection, and Azure Policy.
Cloud Architecture and Security: Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, including the configuration of virtual networks, segmentation, and the implementation of secure cloud environments
Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing technologies and threat landscapes, and flexibility in approach to solve security challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in engaging with and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management, IT staff, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Soft skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating security and risk implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
