Security Supervisor

Position Summary: The Security Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the casino's security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. This role requires effective leadership, thorough knowledge of security protocols, and the ability to efficiently handle all security-related activities and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the effective security of the property and safety of its guests and staff.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct regular security briefings and meetings to keep staff informed of new security measures and ongoing concerns.
Manage the scheduling of security staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Train security staff in security measures, emergency response, and the appropriate use of security equipment and systems.
Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly, effectively leading the team in crisis situations.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary.
Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and compile detailed reports for the Assistant Surveillance & Security Manager.
Monitor surveillance equipment and oversee the security operations to ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.
Evaluate the performance of security team members, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
