- Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property's assets.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property
- Monitor and respond to security risks, hazards, and emergency situations
- Maintain and operate security systems (CCTV, alarms, fire safety equipment)
- Conduct regular patrols, surveillance, and safety inspections throughout the property
- Enforce key control and access control procedures, including staff entry/exit checks
- Report incidents and maintain accurate daily logs and documentation
- Support emergency procedures and act according to the hotel's fire and safety plan
- Coordinate with hotel departments, outsourced security personnel, and law enforcement when required
- Manage staff lockers, control of assets, and secure closure of operational areas
- Escort VIPs, dignitaries, and cash transfers as assigneEnsure compliance with hotel policies, legal safety standards, and liquor regulations
- Handle disciplinary or criminal situations in a professional and courteous manner
Yêu cầu
- Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.
- Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, Occupational Health & Safety requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.
- High School or vocational training.
- 1 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
