-Cập nhật danh sách học sinh có nhu cầu học tập đặc biệt từ giáo vụ và ban tâm lý học đường,
giáo viên/Update the list of students with special learning needs from the academic office and teachers.
- Quan sát lớp học để kịp thời phát hiện học sinh có nhu cầu học tập đặc biệt/Observe the classroom to promptly identify students with special learning needs.
-Đánh giá phân loại học sinh theo các nhóm cần được hỗ trợ/Assess and categorize students into groups that require support.
Phát triển và thực hiện chương trình giáo dục cho học sinh có nhu cầu đặc biệt/ Develop and implement educational programs for students with special needs.
-Đánh giá nhu cầu học tập của học sinh, lập kế hoạch giáo dục cá nhân (IEP) phù hợp/Evaluate students' learning needs and develop appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
-Đảm bảo rằng các kế hoạch giáo dục cá nhân (IEP) được thực hiện hiệu quả và theo dõi tiến độ học sinh/Ensure that IEPs are effectively implemented and track students' progress.
-Hỗ trợ giáo viên trong việc xây dựng và triển khai các phương pháp giảng dạy phù hợp với học sinh có nhu cầu đặc biệt/Support teachers in developing and implementing teaching methods that are appropriate for students with special needs.
Tư vấn và hỗ trợ cho giáo viên/ Provide consultation and support for teachers.
-Đào tạo và tư vấn cho giáo viên trong việc nhận diện và đáp ứng nhu cầu của học sinh có nhu cầu đặc biệt/Train and advise teachers on identifying and addressing the needs of students with special needs.
-Cung cấp các tài nguyên và chiến lược giáo dục giúp giáo viên cải thiện phương pháp giảng dạy/Provide resources and educational strategies to help teachers improve their teaching methods.
-Giám sát và hỗ trợ giáo viên trong việc điều chỉnh phương pháp giảng dạy cho phù hợp với các yêu cầu của học sinh/Monitor and support teachers in adjusting their teaching methods to meet students' needs.
Tương tác với phụ huynh và gia đình/Interact with parents and families.
-Xây dựng mối quan hệ với phụ huynh, giữ liên lạc thường xuyên về sự tiến bộ của học sinh và những chiến lược hỗ trợ tại nhà/Build relationships with parents and maintain regular communication about students' progress and home support strategies.
-Tổ chức các cuộc họp định kỳ để thảo luận về tiến trình học tập và nhu cầu của học sinh/Organize regular meetings to discuss students' learning progress and needs.
Làm việc với các chuyên gia trong và ngoài trường/Collaborate with experts inside and outside the school.
-Hợp tác với các chuyên gia,

-Đảm bảo học sinh có nhu cầu đặc biệt được tham gia đầy đủ vào các hoạt động giáo dục và ngoại khóa theo khả năng./Ensure that students with special needs are fully involved in educational and extracurricular activities.
