* Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide recommendations to optimize their marketing & communication strategies/ executions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on campaign progress and performance.

* Campaign Planning & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, media, automation, e-commerce) and external team (partners, vendors etc.) to develop and execute marcom, digital campaigns.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with clients' goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.

* Project Coordination & Performance Optimization
- Oversee the execution of
digital marketing, brand experience, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in client strategies.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing approaches to keep clients ahead of the competition.

Business Development & Growth Support (Optional)
- Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Work closely with senior team members to contribute to account growth strategies.
