About the Role
We are looking for a Senior
Account Executive who can support account growth, contribute directly to the work, and manage projects effectively from brief to delivery.
This role is not purely coordination. The Senior Account Executive is expected to work closely with clients, understand project requirements, develop practical solutions, support planning and proposals, and ensure execution is delivered smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of account work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support and manage assigned client accounts, building positive working relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
· Act as a key contact on assigned projects, understanding client requirements and helping translate them into clear actions and deliverables.
· Contribute directly to account work by analyzing briefs, preparing materials, developing proposals, and supporting communication plans.
· Drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are well managed.
· Coordinate the necessary internal and external resources to ensure work is delivered effectively, on time, and within scope.
· Prepare presentations, cost estimates, status updates, and other client-facing materials as required.
· Present ideas, plans, and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients when needed.
· Proactively communicate project progress, keep clients updated at every stage, and support issue resolution when challenges arise.
· Maintain close attention to quality, details, timelines, and budgets across assigned projects.
· Support new business opportunities by presenting company credentials, responding to briefs, and contributing to pitches.
· Work closely with managers to improve execution quality, strengthen account performance, and build stronger client partnerships.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in an agency environment.
· Experience in Integrated Communications is an advantage.
· Good understanding of communication planning, project execution, and client servicing.
· Strong hands-on capability in account work, with the ability to support proposals, plans, presentations, and project delivery.
· Good client communication and relationship management skills.
· Strong organization, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
· Strong attention to detail, quality, and budget control.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
