Mô tả công việc
- Present concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations
- Oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process
- Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept
- Work on client's files based on instructions to create final files for printing or online purpose
- Create hard copy/ PDF proofs
- Set up complex art files including combination of print processes and specialty requirements
- Proofread finished files including the completion of quality assurance checklist
- Interact with clients' Production Manager concerning job specifications, special requirements, feedback on final proof files for further necessary steps
- Assist in maintaining/ coordinating the management of workflows and process templates when changes are required
- Build, maintain and enhance good teamwork spirit within the team and across the departments
- Adapt to flexible working hours and work under highest pressure to keep deadlines for utmost service provision
- Be able to train subordinates on requirements and hard skill-related methods
- Be able to supervise a team in creative terms and support the management team on people development and engagement programs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Graphic Production Director
Yêu cầu

- University Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/ Printing is a must
- At least 3 working years of experience in senior position in Graphic Design/ Printing industry
- Demonstrated experience in producing graphic materials for print and web and in page layout from a rough sketch or template
- In-depth understanding and frequent use of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator...)
- Experience in working in MAC platform
- Excellent skill of English communication, both in verbal and written (at least TOEIC 800)
- Initiative and strong design interest to manage, schedule and develop the current team
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent persuasive presenting to clients
- Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must
- Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team. Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
