Job Purpose
To safeguard Frasers' business interests by managing corporate legal and compliance risks, drafting and negotiating bilingual (English and Vietnamese) commercial contracts, securing regulatory licenses, and providing actionable legal counsel to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts & Negotiations
• Draft and review: Prepare contracts, memos, NDAs, and departmental correspondences.
• Bilingual drafting: Execute all agreements in both English and Vietnamese.
• Negotiate terms: Protect corporate interests across customer, vendor, trade, and commercial matters.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Mitigate risk: Manage corporate legal matters to secure business operations.
• Standardise policies: Update corporate policies to align with evolving regulations.
• Legal tracking: Study, translate, and apply new laws impacting business activities.
• Document control: Oversee and maintain the legal document filing system.
Licensing & External Relations
• Secure licensing: Handle business registrations, corporate establishments, and trademark filings.
• Liaise externally: Coordinate directly with local authorities and specialist external counsels.
• Advise stakeholders: Provide day-to-day legal consultation to internal business units.
• Ad-hoc support: Execute tasks assigned by the Head of Legal and Legal Manager.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a law firm, in-house, or government role.
• Sector focus: Proven experience in real estate, land issues, and construction.
• Advantage: Prior experience working directly for a real estate
developer.
Skills & Core Competencies
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Compliance mindset: Strong fiduciary focus and high ethical standards.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
• Work style: Ability to work independently under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptability: Fast learner who stays focused in rapid environments with a good sense of humour.
