Key Responsibilities
Territory &
Account Ownership: Take full ownership of key target sectors: Large Corporates, Manufacturing Plants, Industrial Zones (IZs), and Enterprise Retail/F&B chains (1,000++ headcount).
C-Level Deal Making: Directly pitch, negotiate, and close high-value contracts with C-Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and Chief Accountants).
Hunter Mindset (Outbound &
Inbound): Proactively hunt, build, and manage an enterprise sales pipeline; independently qualify opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles to close deals.
Solution Selling (Fintech + SaaS/ERP): Understand enterprise HR pain points, employee welfare strategies, and system integration needs (SaaS HR-Tech, ERP software like SAP, Oracle, Bravo, Fast, MISA, etc.) to present tailored, end-to-end solutions.
Implementation &
Case Studies: Collaborate with the Implementation &
Customer Success teams during rollout to turn landmark deals into high-impact Case Studies attributed to your personal portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Battle-Tested B2B Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on B2B Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management experience in SaaS, ERP software, HR-Tech, Fintech, BPO/HR Solutions, or Enterprise Software.
Proven Deal Closer: Strong ability to hunt independently (Outbound), handle objections, navigate multi-stakeholder approval processes, and close large-scale enterprise contracts without relying heavily on company leads.
ERP &
SaaS Acumen: Solid understanding of enterprise software ecosystems (SaaS, ERP, HRM/Payroll Integration). Ability to converse fluently with CFOs, IT Heads, and HR Leaders regarding system integration.
Existing Network: A strong existing network of C-Suite contacts, HR Directors, CFOs, Plant Directors, or Procurement Heads in manufacturing, industrial zones, or retail chains is a major advantage.
Fast-Paced Execution: Agile, proactive, and resilient in a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
