Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to lead the successful launch and promotion of new products in the health & beauty category.
You will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive sales - with the opportunity to lead full campaigns during the probation period to demonstrate leadership and execution excellence.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Launches & Campaign
Product Launches & Campaigns: Develop and execute launch strategies for new products, including pre-launch hype, social media engagement, PR, and influencer marketing.
Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate to refine product positioning and messaging tailored to diverse audiences and across multiple marketing channels.
Campaign Leadership: Take ownership of at least one campaign during the probation period from planning through execution to demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Ongoing Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the ongoing content calendar, and support monthly/quarterly communication strategies across the full funnel, segmented by touchpoint (earned, owned, paid) and content type.
Go-to-Market Campaign Support
Support the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for both new launches and existing product updates.
Create compelling materials such as presentations, brochures, website content, sales material support revenue team
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Content & PR Management
Create engaging content, including scripts for TikTok/Reels, livestreams, and event campaigns.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies across digital channels (social, email, website).
Collaborate with
designers and creative teams to produce high-quality assets.
Participate in product photography and beauty shoots.
Edit text and visuals for social platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and quality.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs to amplify campaign impact.
Seeding & Crisis Management
Plan and execute detailed seeding strategies for product launches.
Work with agencies to review, approve, and manage seeding content.
Handle potential communication crises calmly and strategically.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer insights, competitor activities, and beauty trends.
Analyze data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication
Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance & Accountants,.. ).
Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture.
Reporting
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
