JOB DESCRIPTION
The Analytics Consultant is required to identify and strategically analyze a range of information to ensure the most efficient, productive, and effective decision-making is being undertaken by the business in relation to people, workflow, and sales processes.
The position will work closely with all Operations and Functional teams represented by both Vietnamese and expats. A combination of appropriate commercial acumen, an intimate strong mathematical skill, an expert knowledge of data analytics, and a very good level of English communication is required for success in this role.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TYPICAL ACTIVITIES
1. Good communication skill: be able to communicate on different levels with people.
• Gather and clarify inputs from the business teams, prioritizing requirements according to business objectives.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data models are available and outputs will meet business requirements (alongside the product owner).
• Lead communication of analytics outputs with executives.
2. Data Analytics:
• Conduct scenario testing and sensitivity analysis, proficient with analytical tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and programming language.
• Analyse information and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation.
3. Consulting and partnership
• Proactively spot new trends and sense business movements to provide insights to business leaders timely.
• Provide recommendation to data / process owners to streamline existing processes and workflows based on data inefficiency, driving towards operational excellence.
• Identify potential opportunities for improved efficiency of reporting and analysis modelling.
• Partner across functions to support overall business objectives.
4. Project Management: work collaboratively to identify and define new use case opportunities, establish minimum-viable-product (MVP) requirements, and safeguard analytics project scope.
5. Other reasonable duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Qualifications / Experience
- University or College degree, major in Business, Analytics
- More than 2 years' experience within a multi-faceted corporate environment or a consulting industry is a plus
- English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
Professional knowledge and skills
- Expert level of mathematics and spreadsheet modelling is mandatory with a very strong proficient fluency with data analytics software and tools.
Customer Service
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and relevant evidential skills including attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised, capability to follow instructions and efficient time management

• Communicate effective the analysis results, scenarios, and limitations of the testing
• Provide post-analysis reporting.

- Work with the team to achieve goals and deliverables by listening and responding to team members' ideas and by giving honest and constructive feedback. Make decisions based on what is best for the team not what is best for you.
Communication / Presentation skills
- Able to communicate effectively and ensure strict communications are kept with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure maximum effectiveness of providing good service to the customer.
- Able to communicate effectively to transfer the analytical findings to the SMT using a range of methods (graphs, charts, PowerPoint, BI)
Collaboration
- Provide a strong collaborative approach between the customer's requirements and operations current resources and capabilities by maintaining strong internal / external relationships, managing conflict effectively, motivating the right actions and providing overall perspective.
Problem Solving
- The ability to identify and define a problem, generate alternative options, and evaluate a select the best solution.
