What You Will Do:

Core Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Produce clear documentation: BRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, mockups,

process maps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure

shared understanding.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions with business users.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement,

UAT).

• Support product delivery by ensuring features are tested, validated, and well-

communicated.

• Maintain consistent and up-to-date product documentation.

Domain-Specific Responsibilities

• Conduct domain research in areas such as education, learning models, HR workflows,

or wellness.

• Translate expertise from educators, psychologists, or HR professionals into actionable

specifications.

• Ensure cultural and regulatory sensitivity in education and mental health products.

• Support feature development related to people's well-being, EdTech, HealthTech, or

employee assistance programs (EAPs).

• Consider compliance with privacy, ethics, and data protection standards (GDPR,

HIPAA) in requirements gathering.

• Support data-driven decision-making by gathering user feedback and analytics insights.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product environments.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient with BA tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Lucidchart, Figma (or equivalent).

• Skilled in business process modeling, requirement documentation, and user story

writing.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

• Empathetic, strong listener, capable of handling sensitive domains (education, mental

health, HR).

• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Big Plus If You Have:

• Previous experience working in an AI-first company or collaborating with AI/ML

teams.

• International BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum).

• Experience working in EdTech, HealthTech, or HR systems.

• Previous exposure to AI/ML-driven features (recommendation engines, personalization).

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Hands-on with wireframing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
