Be responsible for monthly Payroll, Personal Income Tax and ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time and compliant with the Company policies and Labor Law.
Prepare and control reports related to C&B: expense report, headcount report, Labor Report, other reports per departments' request.
Manage HR Database: employees profiles, labour contracts, C&B records.
Be in charge of SHUI management. Process relevant documentation for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization compliant with the Law.
Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies with the Head of HR and HoDs.
Monitor all C&B operations and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits at a senior level.
Strong knowledge and experience of Vietnam labor market, labor regulations, building policies & processes.
Experience in working with HR Management systems.
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments.
Good analytical skills.
Good at communication & customer-oriented.
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, HR software, and other related software.
Integrity.
Well-organized, attention to detail and result-oriented.
Able to work well under pressure.
