Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that Chief Engineers' projects operate in compliance with established standards, including daily operations and periodic system maintenance.
- Organize and conduct technical training sessions for Chief Engineers.
- Receive work assignments from higher managers and effectively delegate tasks to team members.
- Plan, inspect, and evaluate the status of technical systems; propose and implement solutions as needed.
- Review and consolidate regular reports from Chief Engineers regarding the technical status of projects, and promptly address critical technical issues.
- Regularly audit and assess technical systems.
- Participate in setting up, operating, and receiving the handover of new projects, including preparing personnel and operational plans.
- Support the resolution of complex on-site or remote technical issues when required.
- Review and validate the annual and monthly operating and maintenance budgets for technical systems at each project.
- Propose personnel rotations and staffing changes to optimize system operations.
- Periodically report on key outstanding issues at projects.
- Motivate and support team members through leadership, training materials, and the creation of manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by higher manager.
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri).
Yêu cầu
- College's degree or higher in
Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in related role.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and fire prevention and protection measures.
- Understanding of legal requirements related to building operations.
- Strong communication, information management, presentation skills and training skills.
- Ability to recognize, respond, anticipate problems, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
