Mô tả công việc
Be part of the team to plan and build long-term capital strategy to optimize corporate growth, including the following tasks:
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on macroeconomic, real estate dynamics, corporate valuation, and strategies to enhance shareholder value.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and control sophisticated financial models, including capital structuring, equity/debt management, and scenario & sensitivity analyses to drive strategic decision-making.
• Corporate Presentations: Prepare insightful financial analyses and compelling presentations that influence executive decisions.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Engage in diverse, high-impact projects that contribute directly to the company's growth and innovation.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor, preferably Master's degree in Finance, Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, securities research, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy. Familiarity with real estate and capital market.
• Excellent English writing and speaking communication skills
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Highly self-motivated and willing to work long hours
