Are you someone who can turn a brief into a Big Idea, lead a Creative team, and confidently pitch and defend ideas to clients?
PLUS GROUP is looking for a Senior Creative to join our team and work on exciting Event / Brand Experience projects.
What You'll Do
Develop creative concepts and Big Ideas for Event/Activation projects.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to the team.
Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts, and creative proposals.
Present and pitch ideas, as well as defend creative proposals with clients.
Work closely with Account & Production teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively and consistently.
Stay updated on trends, consumer insights, and new creative approaches.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Creative / Creative Planner / Creative Supervisor / Art Director.
Strong background in Event, Activation, Advertising, or Experiential Marketing.
Experience working with creative teams and participating in major pitches
Strong conceptual thinking, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to turn client briefs into strategic and impactful creative ideas.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects is highly preferred.
What We Offer
Salary: VND 18 - 22M/month + project bonus
