Mô tả công việc
Project management
- To help CRM Credit Card Manager to develop and implement all Credit Card projects across the company on time and within a dedicated budget
- To perform Project Implementation Review after 6 months of implemented
CRM activities
- To analyze the sales growth to raise potential room for development
- To analyze overall growth of (potential) market & to monitor activities of competitors to be ready for market trending and solution (if any)
- To run cross-sell campaigns on different segments of customers by using different communication channels to maximize the take-up rate
- To monitor campaigns for cross-selling, usage, retention, ... analyze the results
Credit cards monitoring
- To drive direct credit cards product sales, usage, retention, ... to meet approved goals
Processes
- Continuously work on improvement of existing CRM/ Credit Card CRM processes and establish new ones as the portfolio of clients and products will grow
3rd party products
- Assist CRM Credit Card Manager to design and roll-out of 3rd party products sales & activities
Reporting & Control
- Daily monitoring report of sales & customer behaviours to ensure performance as of expectation
- Other tasks from direct manager
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in the banking & finance industry
Experience with project management - proven experience with planning and executing cross-functional projects (at least 3 projects)
Experience in the same or similar position (dealing with internal & external partners, understanding product development, marketing)
Great understanding in Credit Card Business & Vietnam market
Good presentation skills
Good knowledge of credit products
Good verbal and written English language
Strong negotiation skill
