FOTI Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries efficiently.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information on products, services, and policies.
Guide clients through the full process from opening account, KYC verification while troubleshoot and resolve issues. Escalating complex cases to manager when necessary.
Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless client journey.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, financial services, insurance or trading.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, experience using CRM system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Team-oriented mindset, able to work effectively cross departments to ensure fast and accurate response.
Proficiency in English/Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Indonesian... (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of financial markets and trading is a plus.
