As the E-commerce
Assistant Manager for ZWILLING Vietnam, you will support the brand's e-commerce growth with a strong focus on social commerce, especially video content, KOL/KOC collaboration, affiliate content, and livestream with KOLs.
This role works closely with the E-commerce Manager to drive Shopee and TikTok Shop performance through a fully in-house operating model, covering social commerce execution, marketplace daily operation, campaign support, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Description
1) Social Commerce & Content Growth - 60%
• Lead day-to-day execution of social commerce activities, including short-form video, KOL/KOC content, affiliate content, and livestream with KOLs.
• Develop and manage the monthly content commerce plan, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities, product focus, commercial targets, and ZWILLING's premium brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with KOLs, KOCs, creators, affiliates, livestream hosts, and agencies to manage briefing, content direction, product seeding, timeline follow-up, posting schedule, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and optimize KOL livestream performance to identify scalable content angles, winning product hooks, and conversion opportunities.
2) In-house Marketplace Operation - 30%
• Support daily operation of Shopee and TikTok Shop, including campaign setup, voucher setup, pricing/promotion updates, content updates, and store health monitoring.
• Manage operational execution across fulfillment follow-up, stock coordination, customer service, ratings/reviews, returns/cancellations, and platform compliance.
• Coordinate with SCM, 3rd party warehouse, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness, smooth order flow, and fast issue resolution.
3) Campaign Performance & Ad-hoc Business Support - 10%
• Support campaign execution for key platform moments, including Double Day, Mega Campaign, Brand Day, Payday, livestream campaigns, and platform-led activities.
• Track campaign performance and provide key observations on sales, product performance, content effectiveness, livestream output, and operational issues.
• Support platform media and affiliate execution to ensure commercial plans are implemented accurately and on time.
• Support ad-hoc business tasks including reporting, competitor checking, product information preparation, campaign recap, internal alignment, and other e-commerce projects when required.
• Assist in preparing business reviews, platform updates, and internal reports to support decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, marketplace operation, affiliate, livestream, KOL/KOC management, or
digital marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and/or Shopee, especially in social commerce, creator collaboration, livestream, or marketplace campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC content, livestream selling, and content-driven sales growth.
• Able to manage marketplace daily operations in-house, including campaign setup, listing updates, voucher setup, pricing/promotion updates, stock coordination, and customer service follow-up.
• Good analytical mindset with the ability to review content, livestream, campaign, and store performance, then turn observations into practical improvement actions.
• Strong coordination skills with creators, affiliates, KOLs/KOCs, platform teams, SCM, 3rd party warehouse, and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, agile, responsible, and comfortable working in a lean in-house e-commerce team.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on social commerce operator who understands both content-driven growth and marketplace execution.
This person should be comfortable managing creators, livestreams, campaign execution, store operation, and daily issue-solving while maintaining ZWILLING's premium brand image online.
