Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, banks, and internal teams.
Lead financial negotiations, contract management, and fundraising efforts.
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, M&A deals, and market expansion strategies.
Conduct financial due diligence, risk assessment, and business case development for potential investments.
Manage end-to-end execution of international M&A and
business development transactions.
Oversee financial reporting, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and compliance.
Collaborate with traders to manage financial obligations, assess risks, and align strategies.
Generate key financial reports, performance analyses, and insights for decision-making.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Understanding of the M&A lifecycle
Ability to identify and develop ideas for potential transaction opportunities
Strong skills in financial analysis, corporate finance, and valuation
Strong project management capabilities, including experience overseeing due diligence processes
Minimum of 4years of commercial experience in corporate development / corporate finance / investment banking / private equity
Experience in Big 4, Transaction/M&A, or Private Equity
Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.)
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with a data-driven and practical mindset
Results-oriented with strong ownership of your work
Perform well under high pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
